WEDNESDAY, 7:00 PM NOVEMBER 17, 2004
Location: Glenns Ferry City Hall, 204 East 2nd Avenue; Glenns Ferry, Idaho.
Chairman Nettleton established a quorum. Members of the Elmore County Planning
and Zoning Commission present were Chairman Nick Nettleton, Vice-Chairman Al
Sobtzak, Patty Osborn, Doug King, Courtney Hiler, Todd Waite and K.C. Duerig.
Also present were Attorney of Record Phil Miller, and Administrator Bonnie
Sharp.
RISK MANAGEMENT TRAINING WITH ICRMP
Commission members attended a joint meeting with the Glenns Ferry Planning and
Zoning and the City of Mountain Home Planning and Zoning for a training session
with ICRMP (Idaho Counties Risk Management Program). The purpose of this meeting
was to discuss and review Idaho Statutes governing public meetings, public
records, and conducting of public hearings.

Chairman Nettleton called the meeting to order, a quorum was still established.

Aye vote was unanimous, motion carried.

part B.
