NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Idaho Code Section §31-808, on the 23rd day of July, 2007, at 12:00 noon, on the front steps of the Elmore County Courthouse, 150 South 4th East, Mountain Home, Idaho, the Board of Elmore County Commissioners will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, in lawful money of the United States, all payable at the time of sale, the following described real properties, situated in the County of Elmore, State of Idaho, and described as follows, to-wit:

Hammett and take Slick Bridge to cross the Snake River. Go up Sailer Creek Road approximately 8 miles, then
turn left (East) onto Grindstone Butte Road for 1 ½ miles, continue on Grindstone Butte Road for the following:
2 miles south, 1 mile east, 2 miles south, 1 mile east, 1 ½ miles south and the property will be on the right (West)

of a road right of way, said point being the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing Westerly along
the midsection line of said section 360 feet to a point; thence Southerly parallel to the section line common to
Sections 21 and 22 of said section 605 feet to a point; thence Easterly, parallel to the midsection line of said
section, 360 feet to a point on the West boundary of a road right of way; thence Northerly, parallel to the section
line common to Sections 21 and 22, 605 feet to a point, said point being the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING.
