SALE OF COUNTY PROPERTY
ELMORE COUNTY, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Idaho Code Section §31-808, on the
23rd day of July, 2007, at 12:00 noon, on the front steps of the Elmore
County Courthouse, 150 South 4th East, Mountain Home, Idaho, the Board
of Elmore County Commissioners will offer for sale at public auction, to
the highest bidder, for cash, in lawful money of the United States, all
payable at the time of sale, the following described real properties,
situated in the County of Elmore, State of Idaho, and described as
follows, to-wit:
#1 Name of taxpayer as it appeared in the delinquent tax certificate
upon which tax deed was issued:

Property Location:
A narrow strip of land off of East 10th North on North Haskett, lying
between Big Sky Rentals and Big Sky Oil.
Legal Description:The northerly 8 feet by 118.21 feet of vacated alley
lying North of Lot 1, Jeromes Addition,

Grindstone Butte Road for the following:

section, 360 feet to a point on the West boundary of a road right of
way; thence Northerly, parallel to the section
