COMMISSIONERS MINUTES                                April 15, 2010

A special session was held on the above date at 6:00 p.m. at the Mountain Home Public Library, 790 North 10th East, Mountain Home, Idaho. The special session was to meet with the Mountain Home City Council to discuss City/County related issues.

Present at the meeting were Elmore County Commissioner Chairperson Connie Cruser, Elmore County Commissioner Arlie Shaw, Elmore County Commissioner Larry Rose, Alan Christy, County Growth and Development Director, and Deputy Clerk Barbara Steele. Also present were City Councilwoman Alain Isaac, City Planner Bonnie Harper, and Public Works Director Wayne Shepard.

The Bradford Street issue was discussed.

The Area of Impact was discussed. Ms. Harper handed out a document titled Area of City Impact, Objectives, Guiding Principles, and Development Requirements. It was discussed that when an application is received by the County a copy should be given to the City. Mr. Christy and Ms. Harper will continue to work on the Area of City Impact.

The meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
