COMMISSIONERS MINUTES AUGUST 12, 2009

The Elmore County Commissioners met in special session at 10:20 a.m. on the above date in the Commissioners Room, basement of the Elmore County Courthouse, 150 South 4th East, Mountain Home, Idaho.

Present at the meeting were Chairman Larry Rose, Commissioners Arlie Shaw and Connie Cruser. Also present was Clerk Marsa Plummer.

The special session was held to work on the proposed 2010 budget.

Monica Bowden, Juvenile Probation, and Judge Epis appeared before the Board to discuss the revenue funds from the lottery that affect the Juvenile Justice budget. Revenue line items will be added for more accuracy.

Motion by Shaw, second by Cruser, to recess for lunch.

CRUSER - AYE Motion carried and so ordered.

Regular session resumed.

Projecting income from grants was discussed. The Pest Abatement District Budget was prepared. Justice Fund revenues were discussed. The Solid Waste Budget was reviewed.

At 4:47 p.m., motion by Rose, second by Shaw, to adjourn.
