COMMISSIONERS MINUTES                                July 29, 2009



The Elmore County Commissioners met in special session at 8:00 a.m. on the above date in the Commissioners Room, basement of the Elmore County Courthouse, 150 South 4th East, Mountain Home, Idaho.

Present at the meeting were Commissioners Arlie Shaw and Connie Cruser. Also present was Civil Attorney Buzz Grant, Planning and Zoning Commission Chairman Nick Nettleton and Deputy Clerk Barbara Steele.

The meeting was called to review the applications for the Growth and Development Director.

Motion by Shaw, second by Cruser, to go into Executive Session under I.C. 67-2345(a) to discuss the applications for the Growth and Development Director.

CRUSER - AYE Motion carried and so ordered.

Regular session resumed. Three applicants will be interviewed on Thursday, July 30, 2009.

At 9:02 a.m., motion by Shaw, second by Cruser, to adjourn.
