COMMISSIONERS MINUTES                                July 22, 2009


The Elmore County Commissioners met in special session at 9:00 a.m. on the above date in the Commissioners Room, basement of the Elmore County Courthouse, 150 South 4th East, Mountain Home, Idaho.

Present at the meeting were Chairman Larry Rose, Commissioners Arlie Shaw and Connie Cruser. Also present was Clerk Marsa Plummer.

The special session was held to work on the proposed 2010 fiscal year County budget. General Expenses were discussed. Donations to other entities were discussed. Payroll Clerk Linda Pickett joined the meeting and health care benefits for retired Elmore County Employees were discussed. The Elections budget was reviewed.

Motion by Shaw, second by Cruser, to recess for lunch.

CRUSER - AYE Motion carried and so ordered.

Regular session resumed.

The Indigent budget, District Court budget, Drug Court, Juvenile Probation budget, and Glenns Ferry Police Department budget, was discussed.

At 4:26 p.m., motion by Rose, second by Cruser, to adjourn.
