COMMISSIONERS MINUTES                                APRIL 29, 2009


The Commissioners met in special session on the above date in the Commissioners Room, basement of the Elmore County Courthouse, 150 South 4th East, Mountain Home, Idaho.

Present at the meeting were Commissioners Arlie Shaw and Connie Cruser. Chairman Larry Rose was absent. Also present was Deputy Clerk Barbara Steele.

Commissioner Shaw read the Certificates of Residency into the record: Justine R. Turner, Damian M. Valle, Adolfo E. Valle, Francisca Tapia, Joseph Sig Miller, Benjamin Juarez, Ryland S. Hobgood, and Ana Laura Dominguez. Motion by Cruser, second by Shaw, to approve the Certificates of Residency as read.

CRUSER - AYE Motion carried and so ordered.

Motion by Cruser, second by Shaw, to approve the expenses.
