COMMISSIONERS MINUTES                                March 11, 2009


The Elmore County Commissioners met in special session on the above date in the Commissioners Room, basement of the Elmore County Courthouse, 150 South 4th East, Mountain Home, Idaho.

Present at the meeting were Chairman Larry Rose, Commissioners Arlie Shaw and Connie Cruser. Also present was Deputy Clerk Barbara Steele.

The special session is to conduct interviews for the Growth and Development Director opening.

The first applicant was Robert Knight.

Motion by Rose, second by Cruser, to go into Executive Session pursuant to I.C. 67-2345(b). Roll call vote was taken.

SHAW - AYE
CRUSER - AYE Motion carried and so ordered.

Regular session resumed, no action was taken as result of Executive Session.

The next applicant was Lance Evans, followed by Scott Cook and William Laubner.

Motion by Rose, second by Shaw, to approve the Findings of Fact and Order following public hearing on the petition to dissolve the Tipanuk Fire Protection District and to have an election on May 26, 2009.

An ambulance being repaired was discussed.

Motion by Rose, second by Shaw, to adjourn.
