COMMISSIONERS MINUTES                                July 17, 2008



The Elmore County Commissioners met in special session on the above date in the Commissioner’s Room, basement of the Elmore County Courthouse, 150 South 4th East, Mountain Home, Idaho.

Present at the meeting were Chairman Arlie Shaw, Commissioners Larry Rose and Connie Cruser.
Also present was Clerk Marsa Grimmett.

The special session is being held to review the proposed 2009 County Budget with various Departments.

The Clerk’s budget was reviewed. The Recorders Office and District Court budget was reviewed. The Juvenile Probation and Adult Probation budget was discussed. The payroll Clerk was phoned to get the step and grade for Juvenile Probation employees. Adult probation salaries were compared to the Juvenile probation employees. The Indigent budget was discussed along with the Election budget.

The Commissioners reviewed their budgets. The Commissioners increased their extra help line item. Donations to other organizations and the Solid Waste budget were discussed.

Motion by Shaw, second by Cruser, to adjourn.
