COMMISSIONERS MINUTES                                     NOVEMBER 15, 2006

The Elmore County Commissioners met in Special Session on the above date at 3:00 p.m. in the Commissioner’s Room, basement of the Elmore County Courthouse. 

Present were Chairperson Mary Egusquiza, Commissioners Larry Rose and Connie Cruser.  Also present was Deputy Clerk Barbara Steele and Elections Deputy Clerk Vivian Garcia.

Motion by Egusquiza, second by Rose to approve a liquor license for Joe’s Steak House.

Let the record reflect that Clerk Merrilee Hiler has joined the Commissioner’s meeting to canvas the poll books from the General Election. 

Motion by Rose to accept and approve the Elmore County results of the General Election on November 7, 2006 as the official results, second by Egusquiza.

Motion by Egusquiza, second by Cruser  to add an executive session to the agenda.
