COMMISSIONER MINUTES                                         SEPTEMBER 28, 2005

The Elmore County Board of Commissioners held a special session to take a vote by telephone on the above date.  Present at the meeting was Chairman Larry Rose by telephone and Commissioners Mary Egusquiza and Connie Cruser at the Elmore County Courthouse, 150 South 4^th East, Mountain Home, Idaho.  Also present at the meeting was Monica Halliday and Merrilee Hiler.

The meeting was called to order by Larry Rose at 11:40 a.m.  Monica Halliday gave a synopsis of the Juvenile Probation Case Management Software and the contract to be signed.  There was brief discussion.  Motion by Rose to sign the contract with Case Management Systems, second by Egusquiza.

EGUSQUIZA - AYE

CRUSER        - AYE     Motion carried and so ordered.

Chairman Rose gave his permission for Merrilee Hiler to use his signature stamp on the contract.

Monica brought the Juvenile Sanctions Grant to be signed as well.  Motion by Egusquiza, second by Rose, to have Commissioner Cruser sign the grant for the Juvenile Department.

CRUSER        - AYE     Motion carried and so ordered.

Motion by Egusquiza, second by Cruser, to adjourn.
