COMMISSIONERS MINUTES                                                 AUGUST 17, 2004


The Commissioners met in special session on the above date in the Commissioner’s Room, basement of the Elmore County Courthouse, 150 South 4th East, Mountain Home, Idaho.

Present were Chairperson Mary Egusquiza, Commissioners Larry Rose and Calvin Ireland. Also present was Prosecuting Attorney Aaron Bazzoli, Attorney Kirt Naylor from ICRMP and Deputy Clerk Barb Steele.

Motion by Egusquiza, second by Ireland, to go into Executive Session pursuant to I.C. 67-2345(b) and I.C. 67-2345(f).

IRELAND - AYE Motion carried and so ordered.

Regular session resumed and no action was taken.

Motion by Egusquiza, second by Ireland, to adjourn.
