NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, June 30, 2008 at the hour of 6:00 p.m. in the War Memorial Hall (American Legion), 515 East 2nd South Street, Mountain Home, Idaho, a public hearing will be held to receive testimony on an appeal of a Planning and Zoning Commission decision to deny an application from Intermountain Development for a Conditional Use Permit and Preliminary Plat for a 204 lot platted subdivision to be known as Clear Springs Ranch Subdivision in an Agriculture B Zone. Site is located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 9 and the Southwest Quarter and the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 3 South, Range 6 East, B.M. A more common means of locating this site is from Canyon Creek Road and NW Beaman Street, proceed west on NW Beaman Street until pavement ends. Property is located on the north side.

Persons who are unable to be present at the hearing or who do not wish to speak, may submit written testimony to the Elmore County Commissioners, 150 South 4th East, Suite #3, Mountain Home, Idaho, 83647 before or during the hearing. Written testimony will not be taken after the Commissioner’s close the hearing unless directed otherwise. Written testimony must be on 8.5 x 11 size paper.

The Elmore County Clerk is responsible for ensuring compliance with the American Disabilities Act of 1993. Provisions will be made for persons with disabilities who are unable to attend this hearing. A grievance procedure is available from M. Bate, Elmore County Courthouse, in accordance with the ADA regulations.
